DESCRIPTION:Eshinni and Kakushinni are the wife and daughter of Shinran Shonin and both are recognized and honored for helping to spread his teachings. \nWelcome to our weekly Family Service. We are a community of Jodo Shinshu Buddhists which is a Pure Land tradition in the Mahayana School of Buddhism. What this means is that we are concerned not only with our own lives but for the lives of others. \nWe hold services in-person in our Hondo (chapel) and we also stream our services live (and services can be accessed later in either video or podcast formats).
