To provide cultural and culinary experiences to temple members and friends, the MBT kitchen hosts a variety of hands-on cooking classes throughout the year. MBT members who have extensive culinary knowledge teach the classes. Recipes and instructions are distributed for each class. And, of course, everyone gets to enjoy the delicious foods made in the class.
This month participants will learn to make Umani (Japanese Stew) from cooking instructor May Nakano.
