MBT’s Japanese Cooking class is back by popular demand! MBT members who have extensive culinary knowledge will share some of their favorite Japanese dishes. Recipes and instructions are distributed for each class. And, of course, everyone gets to enjoy the delicious foods made in the class.

This month participants will learn to make Oyako Donburi  Chicken and eggs over rice – a traditional Japanese dish.

When: May 5, 9:30 am to noon

Suggested donation: $15 for pledge-members; $20 for non-members
