Buddhism Classes at MBT
In addition to weekly services, MBT has a tradition of offering study classes and discussion groups on Jodo Shinshu Buddhism. In recent years we have moved these sessions to Zoom which expands the reach of our sessions and allows people to participate from anywhere.
Currently, our resident minister, Rev. Aki Rogers, offers two online classes each consisting of eight one-hour Zoom sessions. Each class will be offered three times per year (January/February, May-June, and September/October. See the summaries below.
These classes are held in an informal and friendly setting and allow for question-and-answer periods.
